About Tara's bellydance fitness classes-
The class is still a safe and authentic belly dance technique class however it is unique in its format. Most classes can be slow to get going however this class incorporates cardio flexibility and resistance exercise in the form of dance technique sequences and easy to follow dance routines from the off set insuring a good all round belly dance class and a good low impact moderate intensity workout. Plus easy to follow choreographed dance snippets are taught each week along with props so you will still learn how to belly dance but in a different way, a upbeat uplifting fun way. We have social belly dance and community event invites, Class outings and performance opportunities for those who want to get involved. Class is taught by Tara a professional working belly dancer and instructor who teaches from a community dance perspective. She encourages people from all walks of life to participate in dance and benefit from the many social cultural artistic creative expressive health & fitness benefits of belly dance and dance as a whole.
