~Belly To Birth Dance 

Suitable for Antenatal and postnatal ladies and people who want to try belly dance as a spiritual womb healing aid. 

Gentle fluid belly dance inspired movements that are safe to practice throughout pregnancy and to get back in shape afterwards. Connect with your inner goddess! Mixed level class. 

~10 Week Egyptian / Cabaret Cane Dance Course

Created by Tara for dancers who want to learn how to belly dance with ancane Egyptian or Cabaret style . This course includes some basic music theory history culture and a full dance routine that can be performed as part of the course group or elsewhere away from the group. This is a great opportunity to be introduced to Egyptian cane and cabaret cane dancing. It is a great stylised dance to add to any dancers repertoire.

- Must have a good level of belly dance technique / improvers to professional level dancers welcome to attend. *please note this course is not suitable for beginners.
